Elise has previously built up the HR function within both large and small companies, with a focus on the consulting industry.
The focus of my role in THEMA will be to further develop the HR function. This includes, among other things, the professionalisation and development of THEMA’s staff processes, supporting an ambitious but healthy growth strategy as well as supporting organisational development, says Elise.
I have been very well received and I am very much looking forward to working with professional and engaged colleagues who want to make a difference as part of the sustainability transition.
