The THEMA School
At THEMA, we believe in learning by doing. On-the-job learning through active involvement in real projects is the cornerstone of our developmental approach. We encourage hands-on experience as the primary way to enhance skills, gain practical insights, and apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic work environment. At the same time, we recognize the value of additional training. Therefore, we provide a variety of internal courses and external courses through the THEMA School. These courses are designed to complement project work, ensuring that our team members have access to the latest industry knowledge and can continuously develop their skills. We also have other initiatives to provide professional development at THEMA.
Consultant Community
Within THEMA, we foster a sense of belonging through our Consultant Community. Each distinct role (e.g., analysts, consultants, managers) has its own community, providing a platform for professional development, sharing tips and advice, and organizing social activities. It's a space where individuals with similar roles can connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Buddy System
At THEMA, we believe in a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees. That's why we've implemented a Buddy System. Every new team member is paired with a buddy who serves as a friendly guide, offering advice, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless integration into our work culture. Regular meetings with your buddy create a supportive environment, helping you feel at home from day one.
Mentorship Program
Professional development is at the core of our values. For all employees, we offer a Mentorship Program where experienced mentors provide guidance and support. Project staffing
We have experienced that young professionals are motivated by learning, solving complex issues and getting exposed to new and challenging opportunities. Our employees are involved in deciding which projects they will work on, as we want to get the balance right between the individual development of our employees, our client needs and building THEMA as a company. This is done through close cooperation between employees, their mentors and our Head of People.

Interested in joining us? We typically recruit graduates once a year, with positions advertised in August for the following year.
We also offer the possibility to apply for internships during both winter and summer. You will be assigned tasks tailored to your qualifications and will be integrated into teamwork on relevant projects.
