Svend helps authorities and companies develop and evaluate regulatory policy proposals designed to achieve energy policy objectives. He also uses his knowledge of regulatory developments to support market analysis and advise businesses operating in a heavily regulated sector.

Master’s in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School, Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland
