Dr. Ståle Johansen works with operational improvement, organisational development, and business process design for Norwegian energy companies. His focus is always on creating real, practical value for the client. A typical project starts by helping the organisation identify the actual challenges – often through organisational assessments, leadership interviews and benchmarking. From there, Ståle supports the development of solutions and helps to ensure that these are implemented effectively.
Ståle also has experience working on structural changes such as mergers and acquisitions, including how to unlock the value these processes promise. His clients are primarily Norwegian power companies, but Ståle also works with international players.
Education:
PhD Energy Systems (Norwegian Institute of Technology), MSc Mechanical Engineering (Norwegian Institute of Technology)
Prior experience: PwC Consulting (Oslo), Innovation Strategic Consulting (Oslo), SRC International (Copenhagen) and Sintef Energi (Trondheim).
