Celine advises clients on strategy and business development in the energy sector and adjacent sectors. She helps companies understand market trends, assess strategic focus areas, and adapt to changes in regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Her work includes market and stakeholder analyses, benchmarking studies, ownership strategies, and corporate strategies, as well as advisory services related to organizational development and change processes.
In her projects, Celine facilitates strategy processes and workshops and contributes with analysis and decision support. The projects range from mapping the energy transition for a county municipality to developing long-term corporate strategy for an energy group. She works with energy companies, grid operators, industrial players, industry associations and, and public agencies.
