I find it rewarding to work on issues that matter both to individuals and to society as a whole. The energy transition involves many complex challenges influenced by the interplay between politics, markets, and the physical energy system. At THEMA, I have the opportunity to tackle these challenges in an engaged and interdisciplinary environment together with skilled and friendly colleagues.
