Education: Master of Economics and Business Administration (Norwegian School of Economics, NHH).
I work mainly with strategy processes, business development and socioeconomic analyses. The work includes a range of issues such as improving data flow in a generator business and evaluating measures to cut network connection times in Norway.
The best thing about working in THEMA is working on exciting and complex problems in a sector facing important challenges. I get to learn from skilled coworkers, develop professionally every day and—last but not least—work in a place where everyone is supportive and cheers one another on.
