Education: MSc in Energy Management (Norwegian Business School, BI)
My experience and expertise relate to the energy sector in Norway, the Nordics and Europe. I work for energy utilities, grid companies, TSOs, oil and gas companies and the offshore service industry. I have also worked on several projects in the transport sector, the construction sector and for industry generally. I support our customers with management consulting, covering strategy development, market analysis, organisational improvement processes, business development, commercial due diligence, and operations and change management. I want to help our customers with advice and support that creates real value and provides lasting improvements.
Interesting customers, complex problems and an opportunity to work together with capable colleagues on important issues for our customers are the elements of the job that I find most rewarding. Opportunities to support companies in setting their strategic agenda through problem-solving, prioritisation and clearly defining actions energise me. Being able to do this together with our customers, while sharing expertise, ambitions and experience is very valuable and creates the best results for the customer.
