Lina supports organizations in translating strategic goals into practical, everyday solutions.
Applying frameworks, interviews, and data, Lina helps identify the real challenges and develop initiatives that create measurable impact. She emphasizes the value of building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure that changes are well anchored and deliver lasting results.

MSc in Leadership and Organizational Psychology (BI Norwegian Business School) and BSc in Communication Management (BI Norwegian Business School)
