In THEMA, I work on projects related to organisational development, strategy, operational improvement, as well as process mappings and enhancements.
At THEMA, I get the opportunity to combine two areas I am deeply passionate about—organisational development and the green energy transition. The chance to work across different specialisms and on projects in different parts of the value chain means there is always something new to learn.
