At THEMA, I mostly work on questions related to market design and regulation, for example, how power market design can incentivise actors to realise the green transition.
In THEMA, I get the opportunity to use economic theory to help solve challenges related to the energy transition. I appreciate the multidisciplinary environment at THEMA and the chance to work with and learn from skilled colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Prior experience: SpareBank 1 SMN, PwC, Sopra Steria
