Education: MSc in Nanotechnology (NTNU), exchange year at the University of Twente
My work in THEMA focusses on business strategy, business development and tailored studies for a wide range of stakeholders in the energy sector. Ambitious climate and energy policies, structural changes within the sector and the rapid development of renewable energy technology affect all aspects of the industry, and I work with several issues related to these for our clients.
What I like about working in THEMA is that I get to learn something new every day, both from the projects themselves but also from my knowledgeable colleagues. In THEMA, you get to participate on projects from day one and are immediately given responsibility. The renewable energy industry is a sector in constant motion and it is incredibly exciting to monitor this development as part of my job.
