Lars works with policy, regulation, and market design analysis within the power sector. He delivers projects for ministries and public authorities in Norway and internationally. In addition, Lars assists associations, industry organizations and companies with similar issues.
His areas of expertise include the forward electricity market and taxation of the power sector. Lars also has in-depth knowledge of several regulated segments of the power market, such as grid companies, production, and district heating.
