This requires us to develop a shared understanding of relevant political, market, and technological trends—often by creating a common perspective on the challenges and developing analyses and scenarios for how the future may unfold. Building on this foundation, he helps clients design and implement strategies to achieve their goals, whether that means increasing value creation for commercial companies or fulfilling a public mandate, as is the case for state-owned enterprises and public authorities.
