I help our clients understand how the energy system, energy policy and energy markets develop, and provide strategic advice and business development support. What strategic challenges and opportunities do developments pose for clients? The answer requires that we work together to understand the relevant political, market and technological drivers and trends, preferably through an integrated process in which we develop a common understanding of the current situation and undertake analysis that helps define appropriate scenarios for the future. Starting with this, I help clients to develop and implement strategies to achieve defined targets, whether they are increased value creation for commercial companies or the realisation of social objectives on behalf of public authorities and companies.
I like to work in THEMA because we work with issues that are important for some of modern society’s most critical infrastructure, and that will be essential to decarbonising the economy, while also contributing to industrial development, value creation and social welfare. It is motivating and inspiring to build and develop an organisation with so many skilled employees who like to take on the challenges of our clients and help them succeed.
