I work across a range of issues requiring welfare economic analyses related to power markets, gas markets and transportation. Topical welfare economic issues include questions related to economic regulation, other economic policy issues and industrial development. An important point of departure for the projects on which I work is an understanding of the relationship between technology, policy and market forces.
