I work under the umbrella of ‘Strategy and business development’. This covers the spectrum from long-term strategies to business development and market analysis. Even though I work on a broad range of strategic issues, my focus is on sustainability and low– and zero-emission transport.

What I like the most about working at THEMA is the expertise. When it comes to electricity and energy, I can find the answer to almost any question by asking one of my colleagues. There is also a lot of focus on employee development and making sure that everyone has a good time when they come to work. This, combined with a flat company structure, makes THEMA a place where you can have a good time and learn something doing it.
